Pizza is generally a popular dish and it’s an Italian cuisine. It’s made of bread and usually with a topping that may include tomato ketchup, cheese, garlic, chicken, beef, vegetables like onion, tomato, capsicum, sweet corn and so on. However, in Italy Sausage pizza is the most common. Basically sausage is made from nutritious and edible parts of an animal such as blood, organ meats, scraps and fats. Pork, veal and beef meat is mostly used.

Boston’s Gourmet serves varieties of pizzas such as; Sicilian-style which have roasted topping, white one that uses tomato sauce and daily products with spices like garlic and basil. Homemade pepperoni, this is covered with a layer of pepperoni and have a topping of marinate sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Also offered is calzone, this is either baked or fried and normally half moon structured. Mozzarella cheese is used for it’s topping.
